As the new year is under way, we have decided to increase the number of accelerated anger management workshops we offer at our Laguna Beach based office. Accelerated anger management workshops are a 4-hour intensive anger management class which is offered on a Saturday. Our classes use our highly acclaimed Century Anger Management model of intervention and classes focus on our curriculum, “Anger Management for the Twenty-first Century”. Our curriculum was recently revised and we believe participants will benefit even more from these powerful workshops.
Participants will be exposed to the “8 Tools of Anger Control” and will leave the 4 hour class gaining new skills as well as a 110 page workbook to keep. These classes are ideal for those seeking personal growth, as part of a court order, or even at the request of their employer.
