Police Dept.s’, Corporations and Government Utilize Anger Class Online

Over the last several months the AJ Novick Group, Inc. has been approved to provide online anger management classes for employees of three Police Departments throughout the U.S., several branches of the USPS as well as the Department of Consumer Affairs.  Our corporate online anger management classes have been reviewed by key human resource staff at the agencies and selected as a valuable resource for helping their supervisors and employees improve skills to better manage and control their anger.  These online anger management classes can be taken from any location in the U.S. with computer access.

The unique feature of our programs is the ability for H.R. staff or supervisors to monitor to participation and progress of their employees.  The classes can be purchased in bundles at a discount for any company or agency and then assigned to any number of employees.  Progress reports can be downloaded at anytime.  A certificate of completion is awarded at the end of the program.

Employers can expect their employees to be exposed to skills in the following areas:

Assertive communication
Improving judgment and Impulse Control
Stress Management
Expectation Management
Emotional Intelligence and Empathy training
Improving self-talk and Optimism
Safe workplace behaviors
Taking time-outs and cool downs
Forgiveness
Learning to Respond instead of React

For more information on our online anger management classes, visit our website at http://www.angerclassonline.com.  One/one anger management coaching is also available at our southern California based office.
